Training Related Suggestion

 
Appropriate, progressive / interested farmers are selected through Sub Assistant Agricultural Officer and other staff.Subject wise and area suitable technology / subject is selected for training. Farmers are given hands-on training on advanced technology models / samples / methods in agriculture.In the case of suitable technology to be applied in the field, monitoring is done by selecting plots and farmers at different stages for hand-to-hand training, field inspection / advice is given and sample cropping and report is prepared.Based on the farmer's opinion, the problem is identified and in case of any serious problem, it is referred to the laboratory and reported to the higher authorities.
